Your profile: Provide customer support, answer questions about the use of our software, diagnose, solve and document problems. Apply the company’s guidelines and procedures to resolve problems typically encountered by customers. Document the problems and solutions in the customer sheets. Provide advice and training to users in response to challenges. Participate in the quality control of our software. Very good computer skills.
