CyberCoders – Toronto, ON – This leading international provider of healthcare analytics products and services is looking for a Service Desk Manager to manage a global service desk and managed services help desk team. What You Will Be Doing – Managing a global Service Desk team – In collaboration with the IT Director, implementing a 24/7 managed services Help Desk team – Monitoring ticket queue and ensuring SLAs are met by both internal Service Desk team and managed services provider – Focusing on continually improving customer service and responsiveness of the IT support team – Assist with managing vendor relationships and hardware and software purchases – Work with technology leadership on new system and technology rollouts – Assist with the management of desktop-related projects, such as PC rollouts, OS upgrads and company acquisitions What You Need for this Position – Experience managing a Help Desk/Service Desk – Experience managing a managed services model – Experience supporting a mixed Wind… – Permanent – Full-time
