Senior Business Development Manager
Toronto, ON – Main point of contact for the customers during the sales process. Post first trade, acts on a consultancy basis when required by customer. Solicit new business including conducting outbound sales calls. Establish, secure, and manage relationships with potential and new clients and be able to navigate complex opportunities. Promote and cross sell foreign exchange products and solutions including complex risk and payment solutions. Complete required administration and reporting and forecasting as required by management. Ability to navigate through multiple levels of the organization. Responsible for self – generating leads and responding to leads generated through Marketing efforts. Successful completion of required KPI’s (i.e.: number of calls, number of appointments, etc. continuously managing the number of opportunities moving into higher sales stages).
