Sales Administrator

Nortrax – Carp, ON – SUMMARY In this position you be accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction is surpassed and whole goods sales accuracy is attained using all Nortrax sales systems commencing from the initial customer contact through to final customer product delivery, invoicing and follow-up. Interacts with customers and other staff on a daily basis, answers telephone calls in a prompt and friendly manner. Provide administrative support to the branch with duties such as preparing quotes, filing, faxing and ordering supplies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(Other duties may be assigned) Coordinates machine preparation and PDI requirements with the Service and Parts Departments to ensure complete, professional and on-time deliveries are achieved; Tracks the progress daily and reports exceptions to the General Manager; Remains current with Deere and outside financing programs to ensure clear and accurate financing options and calculations for individual deals; Help calculate the customer … – Permanent – Full-time
