iRecruitment – Prevost, QC – Under the supervision of the manager and / or the assistant manager and / or team leader, the roaster is responsible for ensuring the preparation and cooking of chicken, preparing orders on the production line and maintaining work areas and equipment. Oversees the preparation and cooking of the chicken (using GCP work tool); Executes food orders according to company standards; Responsible for frying food; Maintains work area and equipment; Ensures freshness and product rotation; Ensures kitchen set up is complete prior to peak hours; Oversees the recording of data and filling out certain registers related to the roaster position.
