CH2M HILL – Canada – The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible and accountable for managing the total revenue, margins and new business in (NBI) as well as the overall customer relationship for accounts. This position provides pursuit leadership for client opportunities and will capture quality business for the Enterprise. Key attributes include working to develop and implement positioning and persuasion strategies that further the goals of the business group’s strategic plan and efficiently developing new business for the firm. This position will have advanced knowledge of subject area or discipline, and integrates understanding of emerging business, industry trends and implications for a functional area.
