Toromont Cat – Manitoba – 5686 Position Overview The Receptionist/Branch Administrator plays a critical role as the first point of contact with our valued customers and visitors as well as provides support for the sales and management teams in the Branch. Key Accountabilities Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times, in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives Provide efficient, courteous and professional distribution of calls Greet and direct customers and visitors to the appropriate business unit/individual * Process the incoming and outgoing mail including distribution Reconcile debit machine payments Manage accounts payable, invoice coding, data entry and filing Administer accounts receivable cheque coding and recording Order supplies and coordinate the receiving and distribution of them Provide filing and other c… – Permanent – Full-time
