Navitas Vehicle Systems Ltd. – Waterloo, ON – Project Manager performs some or all of the following duties: Coordinate with customers to develop project plan including project scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables. Establish work priorities, delegate work to project support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed, to ensure customer satisfaction. Track and monitor project execution to make sure that customer requirements are met Conduct financial analyses and oversee administrative operations related to project budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between customers and project team throughout the project phases Inform project status, schedule and key issues to customer and management on regular basis.
