Radeon Technologies – Markham, ON – Job Description POS Technical Support Analyst, Helpdesk, Onsite, Remote, Support POS Helpdesk Support Analyst GTA, Ontario $35,000 to $40,000 Your new role We are looking for someone technically minded and innovative to join our POS (Point of Sale) Help Desk team. You would be responsible for remote/on-site repair and management of hardware, shipping & receiving and delivering efficient, effective IT help desk support with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and education. You will apply your broad knowledge of technology systems and processes looking for opportunities to continually improve the organization’s use of technology resulting in enhanced productivity. You will provide full-time support with the possibility of providing out-of-office on-site installation and support. This involves working with coworkers to tackle issues and handle the resulting incidents, service requests and troubleshooting using the incident management system and request fulfilment processes in… – Permanent – Full-time
