BDO – Vancouver, BC – Position Summary Reporting to the Administrative Team Lead, the Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing direct support to the office, professional staff and assists with work overflow and other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Vacnouver office as required Coordinate details related to internal meetings, including set-up and catering etc Manage client invoices, client and contact databases, time and expense reports, meeting and travel coordination, etc Prepare administrative reports and other office correspondence Provide back-up support to reception as required Provide support to office services and filing rooms as required Willing to be a member of Joint Health & Safety Committee, Social Committee or other internal committees Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in an office services/administrator role, famili… – Permanent – Full-time
