REXALL – Mississauga, ON – Job Description Reporting to the IT Service Desk Supervisor/Manager, this position is primarily responsible for providing support on the Nexxsys dispensary system. It is also responsible for providing first line support for other IT systems used by KATZ Group Canada Ltd. such as Kronos and POS. This includes, but not limited to working with other technical teams, vendors and business groups on resolution of incidents. Job Dimensions: 24/7 Support Platform, involving Shifts including nights/weekends and On-Call Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and find resolution to Nexxsys dispensary issues and questions relating to pharmacy processes and best practices.
