Best Buy – Burnaby, BC – Reporting into the Senior Seller Experience Manager, the Seller Coordinator, eCommerce’s role is to assist sellers with the various operations required to do business effectively on the Best Buy Marketplace Platform during the onboarding phase as well as on an ongoing basis. Working closely with sellers and the Marketplace team, they will provide support to sellers throughout the on-boarding process as well as when facing any type of issues such as escalations from customers. Responsibilities Marketplace Technical and Operational Support Provide technical and operational support to the Marketplace sellers as well as any internal team to collaborate towards the resolution of technical and operational issues. Act as the main point of contact for sellers for any technical and data upload issues. Provide liaison between Best Buy customer service team and sellers, to find solutions for customer escalations.
