MARKS SUPPLY INC – Kitchener, ON – This position combines accounting and administrative duties in a steady paced, employee friendly environment. The accounting aspect of this position requires the incumbent to aid in accurately posting journal entries, monitoring & approving expenses, maintaining accruals, monthly bank and account reconciliations, and variance analysis. The incumbent provides all necessary support to the Controller, including preparation of monthly financial statements, budget preparation and other corporate reporting requirements, in a timely manner. Other duties include posting accounts receivable cheques, reconciling customer accounts, collection support, and managing small claims documentation.
