Human Resources Coordinator
Trader Corporation – Burnaby, BC – The primary role is to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Business Partner on a regional basis. Provides HR support to other line managers and employees and assists in effective coordination of various HR initiatives. Key Areas of Responsibility: Manages all administration related to recruitment – all role levels (including job posting on websites, job fairs, job boards). Coordinates the recruitment process of permanent hires including pre-screening of resumes and applicants, assistance in the development of interview questions, testing, reference checking and eventual organization of the onboarding process including new hire packages. Responsible for overseeing strategy and logistics of recruitment events including Career Fairs and for reporting on HR activities (hiring log, metrics, etc.).
