IMP Group – Halifax, NS – Position Overview: The delivery of Human Resources services is performed by Human Resources service teams consisting of an HR Generalist and an HR Coordinator who are responsible to provide a comprehensive single point of contact for designated client groups. The HR Generalist shall act as service team lead. Reporting to the Supervisor, Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist’s primary focus is to provide general consulting services to all levels of employees and management on a variety of human resources related issues including employee and labour relations, and recruitment & selection.
