You will be working directly with the owner managing the books of small to medium businesses. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following duties: * Processing the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; * Preparing invoices; * Responsible for bi weekly payroll; * Bank and accounts reconciliations; * Preparing month end and year end closes; * Preparing Financial statements.To be considered for this exceptional Full-Charge Bookkeeper role, candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity. Candidates must possess proficient working knowledge of Sage 50/ Simply Accounting and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
