Overall, this position’s roles and responsibilities include: relationship development and management, determining and monitoring administrative priorities, directing immediate attention to Executive Directors, providing calendar management and material preparation, records, correspondence and file management, compiling complex reports (visual and written),completing minutes, and a variety of communications in various (infographics, etc.). The role is responsible for coordination of a broad range of confidential administrative documentation, payroll and assists with human resource related functions including on-boarding, finding space, ordering supplies including technology resources (laptops, headsets, phones) and ensuring appropriate access (computer related such as SharePoint access and building related).
