Mississauga, ON – The award winning Hilton Toronto Airport hotel is searching for a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage. Our Director of F&B will lead the operations in Mosaic Kitchen, Bar & Lounge, Banquets and In Room Dining. Mosaic, our brand new restaurant, is our culinary expression of the rich, cultural diversity found in Southern Ontario. Mosaic features an open kitchen and open flame oven center in the dining room, which creates a menu of rustic, comforting dishes with a worldly influence. Where ever possible, local ingredients from Ontario and the surrounding provinces are woven throughout our seasonal menus.
