Director, Learning and Knowledge Management – Pension Services
Toronto, ON – Reporting to the Vice-President, Pension and Corporate Services, this position drives the core Pension Services learning strategy. Leveraging both digital and traditional tools, the Director designs programs to continually upskill and support employees as we move to a more digital way of delivering services. The Director leads a team responsible for the delivery of programs to enable rapid and continuous learning, employee knowledge assessments, processing accreditation, and overall content management. The Director builds effective and collaborative relationships within Pension Services, while participating as part of a broader learning professionals Community of Practice across the organization, to leverage synergies and implement organizational best practices.
