TEKSYSTEMS – Vancouver, BC – Looking for strong helpdesk candidates for a POS support role. Job duties are as follows: To provide Help Line and desk side support for all computing equipment and phone systems. To provide Help Line support and direct support for all Mac server computing equipment To order and co-ordinate delivery and installation of Mac and PC hardware for Head Office and Distribution Centre. To document all inventory changes for Mac and PC hardware. To complete ad hoc projects assigned by the IT Operations Manager. To collaborate with the Information Technology department as required. To provide backup as needed for night shifts. To be knowledgeable of and to comply with Information Technology policies and procedures as outlined in the Information Technology Policy Manual. To consider strategies in all business decisions. To maintain job-related sections of the IT Disaster Recovery Plan. REquired skills: Supporting both Mac and Windows OS.
