Patrick Morin – Saint-Charles-Borromée, QC – Description de l’emploi: Reporting to the department head, the clerk must provide customers with information and advice regarding various products and their specific features and uses, as well as estimate required quantities. He must also help customers plan their renovation projects. The department clerk is responsible for ensuring product availability through the efficient marketing of items, the stocking of shelves, and the overall upkeep of the department. Responsibilities : • Knowledge in the department’s products Experience with costumer service Habilities with information technologies Qualification: Advise costumers by offering a personalized costumer service that is adapted to their needs; Ensure the disponibility of his department’s products by filling the products and by taking care of the maintenance of the department; Carry out orders with the help of a computing system; Stimulate work team; Schedule: Day, Evening, Week, Weekend Workplace: 701 Visitation, S… – Permanent – Full-time
