Reporting to the Lead Administrator, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for managing a number of small projects over the course of this 6-8 week assignment. How you’ll make an impact: Timely and accurate input of expense reports; * Re-formatting memos and other documents; * Creating and editing presentations, adhering to strict quality assurance protocols; * Photocopying and filing as required; * Back-up reception duties as required. What we’re looking for: 1+ years of experience in a data entry or office administration role; * Stellar technical capabilities including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience using Visio considered an asset; * Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
