Customer Support Intern
Upaknee – Toronto, ON – Upaknee is currently looking for a Intern for a 4 month period to assist with Customer Support and help ensuring that customers are maximizing their investment on our Campaign Manager platforms. The Customer support intern is responsible for help desk monitoring and support tasks. He/she acts as a first contact point when it comes to technology related requests. They will work with Support Managers with the maintenance of existing computer systems and with the installation and implementation of new technologies. Responsibilities include: Assist the Support Manager and team with the maintenance of the support platform, resolving customer inquiries.
