Position Summary: The Customer Care Specialist (Customer Service) interacts with our customers on behalf of LXRandCo, resolving customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to LXRandCo’s customers over phone, e-mail, and/or live chat. Focus on delivering on key results like customer satisfaction, first time resolution, efficiency and quality metrics.
