ALTIS / EXCEL – North York, ON – Bilingual Billing Clerk English/French Location: Vaughan Start Date: One to two weeks Duration: Temp to Perm Opportunity Number: 1006084 Our manufacturing/distribution client located in Vaughan/Concord is looking for a Bilingual Billing Clerk to help them handle customer service calls and the processing of customer billings. Roles and Responsibilities Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices Answer phone calls, respond to emails, work on orders, handle walk in customers and receive webchats and faxes Prepare upsell reports Qualifications and Experience Minimum three (3) years customer service and billing experience with a desire to learn about… – Temporary – Full-time
