Equifax – Toronto, ON – Job Number: 12629 Position Title: External Description: Position Summary: As a Bilingual Specialist you will be providing first level network and/or application support to strategic customers to facilitate the on-going delivery of Equifax consumer and commercial products/services. The Specialist serves as the primary interface between the customer and all required internal contacts in order to best support all client system configurations/modifications, special projects and initiatives. As part of the Advanced Delivery Systems team you will be interacting with our members on a daily basis via both phone/email assisting them in regards to their request. Please note that this position also requires agents to be available on call 24/7 (rotating schedule) providing support to our members for Production Severity 1 & 2 issues.
