Bilingual Customer Support

TEKsystems, Inc – Oakville, ON – One of our clients in the West GTA is looking for a bilingual customer service representative within their technical support team. Top skills: 1) Bilingual in English and French 2) Experience in responding to customer inquiries, and questions, providing support over the phone 3) interested in getting into/learning about technical support, or 1 year experience in it. Qualifications Respond to all customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. -Answer the most commonly asked questions for defined issues and problems Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette. -Ability to learn and follow service standards and guidelines. -Strong oral and written communication skills (technical and non-technical). -Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. -Ability to understand of the organizations goals and objectives. -Ability to multi-task. -Ability to lift computer equipment. -Commitment to continuous personal and p… – Permanent – Full-time
