Acklands-Grainger – Edmonton, AB – Primary Function : Back office representatives are a crucial part of a contact center that is devoted to various types of administrative, support, and clerical activities that are essential to the function of the business. The back office area of a contact center will address issues such as the maintenance of company records, the management of accounts payables and receivables associated with the operation, and even the management of basic clerical tasks that help to promote communication between other internal departments and with customers. A successful back office representative is required to provide exceptional customer service to internal/external customers through the management of all back office functions for the contact center/customer experience team.
