Peterborough, ON – The Administrative Services Assistant, under the direction of the Manager, Communications & Strategic Initiatives, provides strong and effective communications support and administrative support to the Manager and/or Director, Corporate Services. This position is responsible for but not limited to (agendas/minutes/set-up and follow up correspondence), file & database management, the coordination of meetings and special corporate events and provides back up reception duties including answering telephone inquiries, greeting guests, and providing information to the public. This position also assists with the marketing and documentation of waste diversion programs and resident responsibilities under the mandatory recycling by-law.
