Your new role You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and the team. You will handle calendaring, travel arrangements, event planning, catering as well as coordinating internal and external meetings/conference calls. You will prepare correspondence, reports, manage file systems and assist with on-boarding and off-boarding requirements. You will perform general administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, binding, couriers, maintaining organizational charts, tracking vacations and liaising with building maintenance staff as required.
