The receptionist/administrator will provide outstanding general administrative support to both internal employees and external customers. The ideal candidate has: Excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented, accurate, 1-2 years of administrative assistance Strong communication skills both verbal and written (English) Ability to operate standard office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, printer, etc.) MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Affinity for numbers, professional, detail oriented, organized What you will be doing: Greeting clients upon arrival Scheduling appointments Taking and documenting payment records Reception duties; answering the phones, taking detailed messages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment Managing the flow of office processes, including: maintaining inventory, processing paperw… – Permanent – Full-time
