The employee needs to have highly developed customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively to our clients. He or she must be skilled in the use of various computer programs and have the ability to work independently with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The job requires a motivated individual who is capable of working independently and as a team member. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develops and maintains relationships between the corporation, clients, and hotels. Assists clients in lower costs with room rate negotiations, no show rooms, and tax exemptions.
